Relating to validating the organization and creation of all School Districts including Rural High School Districts, County Line Rural High School Districts and Consolidated County Line Rural High School Districts, whether created by General or Special Law, by County Board of Trustees by the officers of any County, or by the Board of Trustees of any such School District, validating the acts of such County Board of Trustees and Board of such Districts, or such County Officer or Officers.
