Relating to amending certain Act regulating barbers by changing the renewal fee for certificate of registration from $2.50 per year thereof to $3.50 per year; providing for stricter regulations with reference to health regulations; providing for an annual license fee on barber shops, providing for a fee as a prerequisite to opening and operating a barber ship, defining the barber school and providing for a fee for an inspection thereof.
