SB 466, 45th R.S.

Relating to authorizing the exclusion of certain territory from any Fresh Water Supply District before the issuance of bonds and levy of taxes for said District, such territory shall be the extent of at least ten (10) acres, and contiguous and adjoining the lines of such District.
