Relating to providing that it shall be unlawful to kill, take or possess any of the game birds, game animals, fur-bearing animals or fish of this State, except in compliance with regulations promulgated by the Fame, Fish and Oyster Commission; providing suitable penalties for violation of this Act or any regulations issued hereunder.
