SB 354, 45th R.S.
Relating to requiring that the Texas Ranger Force and its personnel, property, equipment and records be under the jurisdiction of the Department of Public Safety, that Texas Rangers shall consist of one headquarters company and not to exceed two companies of mounted men except in cases of emergency, designating commander and aids of said division, designating powers of rangers and making provisions for special rangers, outlining duties of special rangers, and provisions for disposing of confiscated property.
