SB 326, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing for the adoption by the State of Texas of the Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act, vesting power in Courts of Record in this State within their respective jurisdictions to hear proceedings to declare rights, status, and other legal relations, which judgments so declaring such relations shall have the force and effect of a final judgment and decree.
