HB 912, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that when the State and County Tax Collector is tax collector for an independent school district that his official bond given to the County shall include moneys collected for such independent school district, and that the amount of money to be collected for the independent school district shall be considered in arriving at the amount of bond to be give by said tax collector.
