HB 862, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that all bonds which have been heretofore issued and sold by all road districts in certain counties, where the proceeds of the sale of bonds has been expended, in whole or in part, upon a highway which has, since the issuance and sale of said bonds, been temporarily or permanently designated as a part of the State Highway System, shall be entitled to participate in the State Highway Fund.
