HB 755, 45th R.S.
Relating to authorizing all cities and towns whether incorporated under General Law or under Special Charter granted by the Legislature or by charter adopted or amended by vote of the people, to construct or acquire otherwise, and install sanitary equipment as provided herein, to pay for same or to issue its obligations in connection therewith, to charge rentals for use of said equipment to issue revenue bonds, notes or warrants based on such income and further secured by a mortgage on such properties.
