HB 658, 45th R.S.
Relating to authorizing any school district in Texas to obtain a refund of motor fuel taxes paid by it in operating exclusively owned motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers over the highways of this State in the exclusive service of such school district, as provided in certain statute, and making this Act applicable hereto.
