Relating to providing that no person shall be required to list or render a greater portion of his credits than he believes he will receive or collect, or to include in the statement of his personal property any share or portion of the capital stock or property of any company or corporation which is required to list or render its capital and property for taxation, or any building and loan association under certain statute.
