Relating to appropriating the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars out of the General Revenue of the State, not otherwise appropriated, to aid the Aldine Independent School District in Harris County, Texas, in order to pay the expenses of maintaining the schools in said district for the scholastic year ending August 31, 1937.
