HB 510, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that a divorce may be granted in case either of the spouses has been an inmate of one of the State Hospitals for the Insane for a period of five (5) years upon the certificate of the Superintendent of such hospital where such person is permanently insane and has no chance of recovery.
