HB 371, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that certain institutions of higher education in Texas, which are supported in whole or in part by funds appropriated by the Legislature of the State of Texas, shall offer instruction and research in graduate work, and defining the term 'graduate work', and limiting the course of instruction that shall be offered in all other State institutions of higher education in Texas of the senior rank to four years of standard college work.
