Relating to granting to Mrs. Mary Esther Ramsey, and the legal representatives of the estate of Virgie Ramsey, deceased, permission to bring suit against the State of Texas, and/or the State Highway Department, and/or Angelina County, Texas, in the District Court of Shelby County, Texas, for damages sustained by reason of the death of Virgie Ramsey, deceased, and for damages sustained to her automobile, and for damages sustained by reason of funeral expenses incurred, on account of the negligence of employees of the State Highway Department and/or Angelina County, Texas.
