Relating to creating a special fund in the State Treasury to be known as the County Rural School Bus Route Fund, providing that the revenue from gasoline tax shall be allocated one-fourth to the Available School Fund, one-fourth to the County and Road District Highway Fund and one cent of the remainder to the County Rural School Bus Route Fund.
