Relating to prohibiting the hunting, trapping, ensnaring or killing of any wild deer, buck, doe or fawn or wild quail within the confines of Commissioners' Precinct No. Three, Wharton County, Texas, for a period of five (5) years; prescribing a penalty for the violation of the provisions of this Act.
