HB 1082, 45th R.S.
Relating to granting and donating to Shelby County all the State ad valorem taxes levied and collected for State general revenue purposes upon the property and from persons in said County, including ad valorem taxes on rolling stock belonging to railroad companies for a period of five (5) years beginning with the taxable year, 1937, for the use of said County for the purpose of constructing improvements therein to prevent soil erosion, flood control, irrigation, drainage, reforestation, road building, and law enforcement.
