Relating to levying a graduated occupation tax upon all producers engaged in the business of producing and selling natural and/or casinghead gas in intrastate commerce within the State of Texas, including all persons importing gas into the State and selling the same in intrastate commerce within this State, making certain exceptions; defining and making it a misdemeanor for the violation of any of the provisions of this Act and prescribing fines and penalties therefor.
