Relating to making it unlawful to take or kill mourning doves or quail in Bastrop, Brazos, Burleson, Fayette, Grimes, Lee, Milam, Montgomery, Robertson, San Jacinto or Washington Counties at any time other than during the period December 1st to January 16th; providing a penalty.
