SB 31, 44th 1st C.S.
Relating to providing that all warrants lawfully drawn against the State Treasury or the Treasury of any county or subdivision or common or independent school districts for the payment of monies which are lawfully due and are presented for payment, and not paid shall be registered by the Treasurer and shall thereafter bear interest at the rate of four percent (4%) per annum, payable semi-annually until paid.
