Relating to preventing unfair competition and unfair trade practice, providing for exceptions to this Act, providing for method of fixing the standard retail price of article sold under labels, trademarks, brands, and forms of advertisement heretofore adopted and filed in office of the Comptroller of Public Accounts, fixing a tax fee to Comptroller of Public Accounts for services rendered.
