SB 364, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute providing qualifications prerequisite to exempt from taxation for institutions, except those owned by the State of Texas, the function of which is the care of, or ministration to sick or inform humans, by adding thereto another section wherein it is provided that this class of institutions, to claim exemption from taxation, must allow all reputable licensed physicians and/or surgeons the use of its facilities.
