SB 261, 44th R.S.
Relating to validating all processes, writs, bonds and recognizances of every kind and character heretofore issued or entered and all grand or petit jurors drawn and selected under the existing laws by the various counties affected by this Act, that same shall be returnable to and said jurors serve for the next term of court in the various counties affected, after the taking effect of this Act; providing the time for this Act to take effect.
