SB 190, 44th R.S.
Relating to appropriating Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) per year, or so much thereof as may be necessary for the next biennium beginning September 1, 1935, and ending August 31, 1937, for the purpose of promoting public school interest and equalizing the educational opportunities afforded by the State to all children of scholastic age within the State, including sufficient funds to match Federal funds appropriated for the purpose of conducting vocational, agriculture, home economics, trades and industries, general rehabilitation and rehabilitation for crippled children; specifying the penalties for violation of any provision of this Act.
