Relating to regulating the occupation of hairdressers and cosmetologists, creating a State Board of Examiners for the licensing of persons to carry on and to teach such practice, to insure the better education of such practitioners; providing rules regulating the proper conduct and sanitation of hairdressing and beauty culture establishments and school, so as to prevent the spreading of contagious and infectious diseases, and providing for violations thereof.
