SB 144, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending certains statute relating to providing the conditions upon which a common, or independent, school district shall be eligible to receive aid from State appropriations for aid of rural schools and schools in small towns, as provided in said statute, so as to authorize such aid to schools in both common and independent districts where there is contribution to said schools otherwise than by taxation, an amount not less than a tax of seventy-five cents on the hundred dollars valuation on property within the district would produce.
