SB 107, 44th R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful after January first, nineteen hundred and thirty-six to operate on any public highway or street, a motor vehicle manufactured or assembled after said date, designed or used to carry passengers for hire, or as a public conveyance to transport school children or others unless such vehicle be equipped with safety glass; and providing that the violation of this Act shall constitute a misdemeanor and prescribing the punishment therefor.
