Relating to authorizing any sheriff or other officer sued to recover the possession of slot machines or other devices held by such sheriff under the order of any court directing the destruction of such machines to employ competent attorneys to defend such action, both in trial and appellate courts, providing for the payment of such attorneys by the sheriff.
