Relating to amending certain Articles of the Texas Penal Code; declaring the existence of a gambling house or gaming paraphernalia to be against public policy and a public nuisance; providing that in a case thereof referred to the justice of the peace, county judge or district judge, any gaming table or bank or gambling device used for gaming purposes that was seized, the same shall be destroyed.
