Relating to making an appropriation of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any funds of the State of Texas not otherwise appropriated, for the printing of the constitutional amendment proposed and amended by House Joint Resolution No. 13, of the Forty-fourth Legislature, and for the purpose of defraying all the expenses necessary in submitting same to a vote of the people, and directing the secretary of State to pay out the moneys appropriated herein.
