Relating to amending a certain Article of the Code of Criminal Procedure; providing that no case shall be reversed for error committed by the trial court unless it be shown to the satisfaction of the Court of Criminal Appeals that material injury was done to the defendant thereby and that a different verdict or judgment would probably have been rendered had such error not been committed.
