Relating to requiring a Resident Hunting License of residents of this State who hunt with a gun and providing certain exemptions; requiring a hunting license of non-residents hunting in this State with a gun; providing the fees for such licenses and the fees to be retained by the collecting officer; providing a penalty for any violation of this Act.
