Relating to requiring a Hunting License of all those over seventeen (17) years of age hunting in certain Counties; requiring a Fishing License of all those over seventeen (17) years of age fishing in certain Counties; providing a penalty for hunting or fishing in certain Counties without obtaining the required Hunting or Fishing License.
