SB 15, 43rd 3rd C.S.
Relating to providing that whenever any water control and improvement district, embracing lands in two or more counties, and containing not less than One Hundred and Twenty-Five Thousand (125,000) acres, has entered into contract with the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works, or other agency of the United States, for the sale of its bonds, the Attorney General is authorized to approve said district's bonds to be issued and sold pursuant to such contract, without requiring approval of such amended plans by the Texas State Board of Water Engineers and without requiring approval of the issuance of such bonds by said board.
