HB 101, 43rd 1st C.S.
Relating to amending the Special Road Law for Smith County, Texas, so as to further provide that the Commissioners' Court of Smith County, Texas shall provide for the transportation of the county convicts who may be ordered to work on said roads, and for the transportation from place to place in the County of the various employees and hands, laborers, mechanics and artisans who may be employed on the roads and bridges of Smith County, Texas.
