SB 564, 43rd R.S.
Relating to requiring all indebtedness against a courthouse or courthouses shall be paid in full before the county seat of any county can be moved from its present location; providing that this shall not apply to counties having a population of not less than 17,100 and not more than 17,500 according to the last preceding United States Census.
