SB 419, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing for the repurchase of land set apart to build the Capitol that has been recovered by the State and appropriated to the Public Free School Fund, and heretofore purchased from the State, and forfeited or that should be forfeited for nonpayment of interest accrued prior to November 1, 1932, the owner of such land or part thereof at the date of forfeiture shall have a preference right for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of notice of revaluation of such land to repurchase the same upon the terms and conditions provided in certain statute.
