Relating to regulating the occupation of beauty culture and hair dressing; providing for an addition of three female members to the Board of Barber Examiners, and giving the said Board power to license and regulate persons carrying on and teaching beauty culture and hair dressing and providing rules regulating the proper conduct and sanitation of beauty culture and hair dressing establishments and schools for the protection of public health, and providing penalties for violators thereof.
