Relating to regulating the sale of insecticides and fungicides, prohibiting their adulteration, misbranding or misrepresentation, forbidding the use of certain materials, providing for the collection and analysis of samples, statements of sales and shipments, the expenses of the enforcement of the law, fixing penalties for its violation.
