SB 246, 43rd R.S.
Relating to constituting the owner of the soil the agent of the State to institute and prosecute in his own name any suit or suits to set aside for fraud or other illegality or invalidity any sale or lease to any person, firm or corporation of the oil, gas or other minerals, on or under any such land, and to validate all suits, heretfore brought, for such purposes by the owner of the soil and authorize the continued prosecution to final judgment of any such suits in the name of said owner and to make the said judgments rendered in said causes binding upon the State.
