Relating to making an appropriation of ten thousand ($10,000.000) dollars to be used by the Comptroller of Public Accounts of Texas for the purpose of paying expenses of tax supervisors to audit the accounts and records of producewrs of naturas gas, as defined in certain Act, and to enforce the further provisions of said Act.
