Relating to abolishing the Eighty--ninth Judicial District of Wichita County, Texas, and the transfer of causes on the dockets of this court to other district courts now established in said County, so as to expedite the trial of causes; and fixing the terms of court in the Thirtieth Judicial District, and fixing the effective date of this Act.
