Relating to providing that in addition to the powers now vested in the district courts of this State, said district courts shall have power to entertain and determine actions brought by a deserted or abandoned wife for the benefit of herself or minor dependent children independent of divorce proceedings to enforce the husband's duty of support and maintenance of his wife and children where authorized under the provisions of this Act.
