HB 254, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that hereafter when any mortgage, deed of trust, or other instrument in writing is executed for the purpose of securing an indebtedness by or with a lien upon any real estate and such real estate is thereafter sold by virtue of such lien and does not bring a sufficient amount to pay the indebtedness, then no further execution shall issue.
