HB 143, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that when a person of unsound mind shall die intestate, or a minor shall die and such deceased person has a legally appointed, qualified, and acting guardian, that such guardian shall ipso facto, become the administrator of the estate of such deceased person, with all the powers, rights, and duties of other administrators to administer and distribute such estate.
