Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide that private corporations may be formed for any lawful purpose or purposes, except as specified in this Act; providing that nothing in this Act shall be held to repeal or amend any general law of this State other than Article 1302, pertaining to the creation of corporations, the powers and duties thereof or limitations thereon.
