HB 99, 42nd 3rd C.S.
Relating to making it an offense for any Lessee, Assignee, Owner or Holder of any oil or gas lease, who without the consent of the person entitled to any part of the oil produced from said lease, shall fraudulently convert the same to his own use and benefit with intent to deprive the owner of the value of same.
