Relating to amending certain Statutes by making compulsory the personal attendance of out of county witnesses in suits involving violations of conservation laws and of laws prohibiting trusts, monopolies or combinations in restraint of trade; providing that any witness failing to appear in obedience to subpoena may be punished for contempt.
