Relating to authorizing and directing the Commissioner of the General Land office of the State of Texas to deed, convey, assign and/or transfer all right, title, and interest of whatsoever class, kind, or character directly of indirectly belonging to the State of Texas in and to that tract of land known as the "Wayside State Park, Wayside, Texas, 120 acres situated in the Palo Duro Canyon, Armstrong County, in the State of Texas, to H. G. Bowe of Swisher County, Texas.
